At the Center for Integrated Health Care, we know that our patients, their families and caregivers sometimes need extra help, an experienced advocate, extended family support or a compassionate network or learning experience to realize optimal health and well being.
Or, our patients and their families may need additional health care or support beyond the scope of what our counselors, physicians and clinicians can provide. And some patients and families find additional resources and knowledge help them heal more quickly or sometimes, better understand an illness, disorder, health issue, prevention, intervention or solution.
We also believe in self-advocacy; often our patients find the path to their healthiest potential comes in asking and receiving extended support from friends, family and community-based programs. So we encourage you to visit here often to explore resources, additional support, services provided by nonprofits, or even reading materials and research relevant to your health, life balance or your family's well being.
